You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the Blanes International Fireworks Competition with a duration of 5 nights.

· Public transport: Blanes bus station with connection to the Barcelona-El Prat and Gerona-Costa Brava airports. Blanes train station, coast line (R1) to Barcelona city center (plaça Catalunya stop).

Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets Allowed, it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet, for bookings with more than 7 days the maximum price is 42€/pet/reservation.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or for any loss during your stay.

This is a fantastic apartment in an ideal location. The apartment is modern, clean and stocked with all of the amenities that a guest would require. Although it does not have air-conditioning, this is not required as there is a natural breeze and themehr anzeigen
This is a fantastic apartment in an ideal location. The apartment is modern, clean and stocked with all of the amenities that a guest would require. Although it does not have air-conditioning, this is not required as there is a natural breeze and the apartment is a perfect temperature. It is ideal for a family – with adequate space and bedrooms to make any stay comfortable. The many beaches, market, shops and town are all easily accessible – most with a short walk. The apartment is managed by a local property manager – Vivalidays – who I must commend on their professionalism and service that was provided. I would not hesitate to recommend staying in this apartment.
