· 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with bunk beds and single bed.
· Living-Dining room and balcony for outdoor dining.
· Fully equipped kitchen with appliances. A full bathroom.
· Air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.
· Supermarkets and shops in the same area.
· Parking around the apartment and large public parking at 300 m.

·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.

· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets not Allowed in the property.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.

We loved the area and a day trip to Barcelona and the nearby Botantical Gardens are an absolute must!

Apartamento lindo, cómodo, buena ubicación: cerca de la playa. Todo lo necesario en la cocina. Piscina muy buena! La única contra es que es ruidoso. Tuvimos un problema con una puerta, y la agencia actuó de forma inmediata. Gracias!
