· Privileged location in front of the port and next to the beach and the promenade of Blanes.
· Walking distance from the apartment to the beach, promenade, shops, restaurants..
· Balcony with views of the port of Blanes.
· Apartment available for 7 people.
· 3 bedrooms: two bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed.
· Kitchen equipped with appliances. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...
· Dining room with TV. Free Wi-Fi.
· 2 bathrooms with showers.
· The apartment is a duplex with an intercommunication staircases (no elevator) to access the upper floor where the bedrooms are.
You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the Blanes International Fireworks Competition with a duration of 5 nights.
Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle.
· There is no private parking. There is public parking (you need to pay for it) in the same street and in the port (blue area).
· Blanes has a large free public parking space located in front of the Library, 20 minutes walking from the apartment.
· Barcelona-El Prat Airport 85 km. Girona-Costa Brava Airport 30 km.
· The Blanes train station is located 2 km from the center, with intercity buses and taxis.
· Blanes bus station with connections to the airports and some towns on the coast.
· Blanes is a Family Tourist Destination: beaches, promenade, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports, playground, botanical gardens...
· You can also visit the beautiful beaches and towns of the Costa Brava and the cities of Girona and Barcelona.

· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

· Option outside check-in hours collecting the keys from a safety box in the office with no cost.
·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paidon-site to the technician.
Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets are not allowed.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or for any loss during your stay.

We stayed with another couple in Mei's Blanes apartment, with its fabulous location on the quiet, eastern end of the waterfront, across from the marina and Boardwalk, and a 2 minutes walk to the actual beach as well as to the best shopping area. Numesee more
We stayed with another couple in Mei's Blanes apartment, with its fabulous location on the quiet, eastern end of the waterfront, across from the marina and Boardwalk, and a 2 minutes walk to the actual beach as well as to the best shopping area. Numerous great restaurants are within eyesight. The apartment is located on 2 floors (so not for those with mobility issues)with a large living/dining room off the street, standard European kitchen and eating area, with washing machine and bathroom on main as well as 3 bedrooms and bathroom up. The master upstairs has a large sliding patio door with a beautiful view of the marina and the boardwalk (right across the small street) and the balcony is a perfect place to enjoy breakfasta cup of coffee. There is a small adjacent bedroom (with a bunk bed and single bed) that you walk through to the stairwell as well as to another bedroom that has a newly renovated bathroom attached. Both bathrooms are located in the central breezeway that goes up through the whole apartment building. It seems a bit weird but it works! There is no parking (and parking is expensive in all of Costa Brava), but we found some free parking near the cemetery (if you don't mind the 15-20 min walk) and there is also free parking from 8 pm til 9 am in the marina parking lot just across the street. There were some issues with the internet provider initially (as this is a new rental), but they were fixed as soon as possibleMei and her son were very apologetic. They are great hosts and this is a fabulous place to rent due to its perfect location at the quiet end of the beachclose to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants and shopping. There is easy access by car to other beaches and tourist attractions. This town is also a much better choice than neighboring Lloret de Mar! We would easily stay here again!
