Apartment Sylvia has a capacity for 4 people. It is located in Blanes just 20 meters from the beach.
The apartment has centralized air conditioning and free Wi-Fi service in the accommodation.
It is located in a very well connected area very close to all services.

You cannot miss in summer, one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava, which is the Blanes International Fireworks Competition with a duration of 5 nights.
Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle.
It is an excellent option to spend a magnificent vacation.
People on the property:
· The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there can be no more people staying / visiting the property at the same time.
Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 25 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: rate according to locksmith, to be paid on site to the technician
Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets are not allowed.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or for any loss during your stay.

Meine Freundin und ich waren 6 Tage dort. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub die Lage ist perfekt der Strand ist auf der anderen Straßenseite und die Promenade ist auch sehr leicht zu Fuß erreichen. Wir waren leider am Ende der Saison dort weswegen der Asee more

Wir waren leider am Ende der Saison dort weswegen der Ansturm allgemein glaube ich weniger war was jedoch auch eher zu unserem gefallen war. Die Wohnung war sauber die Aussicht etwas begrenzt was jedoch die schöne Küche und das saubere Bad.

Mooi appartement, persoonlijk zou ik het iets opfleuren met een plantje en of schilderij. Het strand op een steenworp afstand is geweldig. Winkels zeer dichtbij. Op het pleintje 300 meter lopen een heerlijk tapas restaurant, idyllisch en betaalbaar. see more
