• New apartment (renovated in 2018), first floor with balcony and garden furniture.
• It has the necessary amenities to enjoy a perfect stay.
• Capacity up to 6 persons with 2 bedrooms: master bedroom with queen size bed and second bedroom with two bunk beds.
• Large living-dining room with TV and free WiFi.
• Air conditioning and heating in the whole apartment.
• Kitchen equipped with vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster...
• A complete new bathroom.

• Free parking in the same street or optional closed parking (to pay) in the same building with direct access to the apartment.

· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.
·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets Allowed, it has an extra cost of 6€/day/pet. For stays of more than 7 days the maximum cost will be 42€/pet/reservation.
- IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or for any loss during your stay.

L'appartement est très bien situé au calme avec juste ce qu'il faut de vie pour apprécier des vacances en famille ou entre amis. La voiture est au parking et pas besoin de faire des kilomètres pour se ravitailler ou profiter des 3 plages et des restasee more
L'appartement est très bien situé au calme avec juste ce qu'il faut de vie pour apprécier des vacances en famille ou entre amis. La voiture est au parking et pas besoin de faire des kilomètres pour se ravitailler ou profiter des 3 plages et des restaurants. Il manquait quelques petits ustensiles de cuisine qui auraient pu être utiles durant le séjour et aussi il faudrait réintégrer le sèche cheveux et le grille-pain qui n'était pas disponibles dans l'appartement. A part cela, je recommande vivement cet appartement à toutes personnes désireuses de passer de bonnes vacances, au calme, en famille, ou entres amis, avec ou sans enfants. Merci à Manuel et Rimei pour leur accueil chaleureux.
