Spectacular apartment in the most privileged area of Lloret de Mar, Fenals, just 400 meters far from beautiful beaches of Costa Brava.
Located on the 4th floor Apartment Kaylo disposes of a capacity of, 6 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and separate kitchen. From its balcony you can enjoy of beautiful views to the Fenals area.
Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy of the best beaches of Costa Brava and the whole gastronomic and shopping offer in Fenals in LLoret de Mar.
People on the property:
· The house is rented complete for the exclusive use of the guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property data, including adults and children.
· The property can only accommodate the number of people in the reservation and there can be no more people staying / visiting the property at the same time.
Check in:
· The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old.
· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Other documents will not be accepted.

· Option outside check-in hours with a safety box in the office at no cost.
·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: rate according to locksmith, to be paid on site to the technician
Reglas:
· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.
· Pets Allowed.
· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery in the property or for any loss during your stay.

Notre séjour dans le logement de Mei c'est parfaitement déroulé, rien à reprocher. Mei à était très réactif quand il s'agissait de venir compléter un élément manquant dans le logement et je lui en remercie. logement conforme au photos.

Le seule point négatif pourrais être l'épaisseur des murs avec l'appartement voisin qui fait que l'on peut entendre parfois le voisinage mais cela n'est pas dérangeant et on s'y habitue vite. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revoir séjournez dans le logement.see more
