BEACHFRONT APARTMENT IN THE CENTRE OF CALELLA, BARCELONA COAST FOR 6 PEOPLE.· Privileged location in Calella, on the beachfront and in the centre of the city.Its wide sandy beaches, natural spaces, sporting, cultural and family events make Calella one of the most visited tourist destinations in our country.Calella is located just 50 kilometres from Barcelona and Girona, two charming cities where you can enjoy their culture and leisure.The train station is just 800 metres from the accommodation, making it easy to travel along the coast with greater comfort.The Calella tourist train will allow adults and children to enjoy a pleasant walk through its streets. You can also visit the beautiful beaches and towns of the Barcelona Coast, Costa Brava and the city of Barcelona.· The apartment is located on the third floor with a balcony and views of the sea, the beach and the promenade.Perfect apartment for families with children. It is distributed as follows:- 3 bedrooms:. bedroom 1: double bed with bathroom. bedroom 2: 2 single beds. bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed- Equipped kitchen- 2 full bathrooms- Large living room with air conditioning- Central heating throughout the accommodation- Free Wi-Fi service- Air conditioning in the living roomVery good communication by road, highway and train track and Calella station.· Barcelona Airport, El Prat one hour by car by highway and Girona airportCosta Brava 30 minutes by car.· Closed parking in the same buildingWithout a doubt the perfect place for holidays! People in the property:· The apartment is rented in its entirety for the exclusive use of guests.· The maximum occupancy of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.· The property can only accommodate the number of people indicated in the reservation and no more people can stay/visit at the same time in the property.Check-in:· The minimum age to book and check-in is 18 years old.· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal government-issued ID (ID card or passport) upon check-in. No other documents will be accepted.. Key collection takes place at our office from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.Carrer de les Antilles 1317310Lloret de Mar.- Option of key delivery at the accommodation. It must be requested 48 hours before check-in. Cost for direct entry: 20 euros*Please note that there may be a delay in the delivery of keys at the accommodation, for reasons beyond the control of Vivalidays.- Arrival and departure outside of business hours:·. Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per reservation (payment on arrival)·. Late arrival option from 21:00 to 24:00: Price €100 per reservation (payment on arrival)· Option after check-in hours with a safety deposit box in the office at no cost.. Failure to show up on the day of check-in will result in no refund of the reservation.Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory: Price €1 per night/person over 16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights..Cleaning:. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.IMPORTANT:In properties that accept pets, the owners of the same must take care to pick up the feces and clean up the urine. Otherwise an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.Beach towels are not provided.Keys:· Loss of keys to the property: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the lock of the main door and needing to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to the locksmith's rate, to be paid on-site to the technician.Rules:· Guests agree to respect the rules of the property and, in particular, not to make noise at night between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.· Parties or celebrations are not allowed on the property.· Pets are allowed.· Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or robbery on the property or for any loss during your stay.

Il est agréable avec la clim dans le salon, en laissant les chambres ouvertes, ça rafraîchit bien. Cependant , il n’y a pas la vue mer car les arbres ont poussé par rapport à la photo , ou alors peut être l’hiver. La localisation est très bien pour tvedi di più

La localisation est très bien pour tout faire à pied, plage , restaurants à foison, magasins... et le train qui passe juste en dessous est direct pour Barcelone à 1 h seulement , le top! Plage de Santa Cristina très belle, celle de Blanes aussi.

Une journée pic nic le rêve !!! Que du positif pour cette location. L'hôte est disponible et très accueillant.

The appartment was very nice and clean, there is more then enough space for 6 guests to stay comfortable. The place is literally facing the beach, which was great for me doing the Ironman. Mei and Manuel were super friendly even though my flight was vedi di più

Mei and Manuel were super friendly even though my flight was delayed by 12 hours. They assured me not to worry about checking in. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and hosoitality. If you need to be in Calella, this is the place to be

It's a great place though a little far from the city. But you are fine away from all the rush as you are right by the beach and Calella is a good place by itself. We loved the apartment and Mei was great. The best way to get to this apartment (if using public transport) is taking R2 line train from airport terminal 2 and change train line to R1 at station Barcelona Sants (buy the T10 ticket). Or there's a bus from terminal 1 where you will pay €9.50/ person.
