· It is mandatory for all guests to present a legal government-issued ID (ID card or passport) upon check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

· Mandatory tourist tax payment: Price €1 night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly tidied up, dishes clean and rubbish deposited in the street bins before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.
IMPORTANT:
In properties that accept pets, the owners of the same must be careful to pick up the feces and clean up the urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Beach towels are not provided.
Keys:
· Loss of keys to the property: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the lock of the main door and needing to be opened by a locksmith: Price according to the locksmith's rate, will be charged on-site to the technician.

L'appartamento è al piano terra e si trova vicino alla spiaggia di sa boadella, sono 5 minuti di cammino e a 15 minuti da quella di fenals Lontano dal centro, mezz'ora a piedi . Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla anche alla sera, è perfetto se cervedi di più

Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla anche alla sera, è perfetto se cercate il relax. Abbiamo avuto anche il garage sotto il condominio per poter ritirare l'auto. Due supermercati a 5 minuti. L'appartamento è completamente equipaggiato, ha una ampia terrazza per pranzare, il letto inferiore del letto a castello è a due piazze quindi in camera ci possono stare 3 bambini senza problemi. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort, e situato in una zona veramente invidiabile (a metà strada dalla Lloret de Mar rumorosa e la località di Blanes), a due passi da una caletta impressionante (Sa Boadella) e molto vicina ad una spiaggia con i mvedi di più

Nel complesso residenziale c'è anche una piscina abbastanza grande e poco frequentata. I proprietari sono molto attenti e disponibili. Veramente da provare!

The apartment is very modern, has a large outside deck, and an underground garage which keeps your car cool and safe. It´s also on the ground floor which is great (safe) for when you have young children. We will definitely come back to this place for many years to come! |

il y a malgré tout quelques points à améliorer la quantité de vaisselle le salon de jardin et la qualité du matelas ( chambre enfant) accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires qui n'ont pas manquer de nous donner de bons conseils pour les visites , comme par exemple la visite de GERONE( à ne pas manquer). il est bien évident que les remarques faîtes ne sont pas des critiques, elles sont faîtes dans le but d'améliorer encore le confort de ce bel appartement les bretons. We spent the last couple of weeks of May in this beautiful and very quiet apartment. The location was perfect for us and the 4 year old who was with us. We especially enjoyed the quiet location that was a short walk to a great beach (Boadella) and beautiful gardens. It was also a short walk for food shopping and restaurants, but away from the heavy tourist traffic in Lloret proper. We took the bus from the Barcelona airport on arrival and return. Isaac met us on arrival and took time to familiarize us with the apartment and the area. The apartment is well appointed, comfortable and had everything we needed. There were even two mats for laying on the beach and a wheeled food cart to carry the food we bought. The wifi was consistent and strong and the heating and cooling was effective. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the terrace, which is huge and has tables and umbrellas. I agree with all the previous reviews. We'd definitely stay here again when in the area.

The apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday, it is near the centre of Fenals and close to Lloret de Mar. The area of the apartment is very quit an peaceful and only a 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Boadella. There are 3 supermarkets and a lot of restaurants near the apartment. We had a great time at the appartment! We stayed there 1 week with 2 adults and 3 kids between 8 and 10 years. The terrace was lovely and huge, the 2 rooms were cosy, both bathrooms were well equiped, the kitchen was very practical. The appartment is located at the borders of Lloret de Mar and it is peacefull and hence close to the center. Barcelona and Gerona are at a one hour distance. The beach is at a 10' walking. We appreciated the warm welcome by the owners, the cleanliness of the place, the pool, the well equiped appartment (books, dvd's, toys for the kids). I would definitely recomend the appartment for a stay with 4 persons. For five persons the dining tables are not big enough (at least to dine at the same table).

Appartement idéal dans une résidence récente : décoré avec soin, bien équipé (climatisation, wifi, cafetière, bouilloire, lave linge- sèche linge, serviettes de toilette en grand nombre...) très bien conçu, avec une salle de bain/ WC pour les parents et salle de douche/ WC pour les enfants. Vous trouverez tout le confort. Literie confortable, appartement très propre et conforme aux photos. Piscine très bien entretenue avec peu de monde. A 2 pas des plages, très calme, situation idéale pour une famille. Il y a des jeux, jouets et puzzles pour les enfants et un lecteur DVD.
Enfin l'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux avec des conseils de visite et de restaurants. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés!!! |

Apartment very clean, well furnished has everything you could ever need, Remei is lovely, very helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay there again without hesitation. |

The apartment is really lovely, clean and tidy, quiet and the terrace is fantastic, much bigger than we expected too. Remei and her son met us when we arrived to show us in and make sure we had everything we needed. They couldn't be more helpful and welcoming, thank you. The apartment has everything you need, and our daughter was pleased to let us know the WiFi was great speed and she was happy. It is located in a lovely area just outside the main town you are close enough to get into town without it being a arduous trek and far enough out that it's quiet and peaceful. We had the pool to ourselves when we used it, and it was beautifully clean and well maintained. I really can't fault the place in anyway and certainly would recommend it. If you have young children it would be perfect, and like us a teenager, again perfect and my partner and I both agreed we'd come back alone without children as it would suit us wonderfully. Thank you so much.

Son tantas las cosas buenas que podriamos destacar de nuestra estancia en el apartamento de Lloret que no terminariamos nunca. Estuvimos en este apartamento durante una semana y se puede decir que es uno de los mejores en los que hemos estado. Aparte de que no nos parecio caro, el apartamento estaba muy limpio que es una de las cosas principales para tener una buena estacia. La decoración era la adecuada y la situación increible. Es una zona residencial muy tranquila apartada de todo el bullicio de Lloret. Tiene una cala preciosa a escasos metros. Y ni que decir de la propietaria del piso. Se porto muy amable a nuestra llegada y nos tenia preparao los lugares de interés que se podian visitar en Lloret. La verdad que ha sido una estacia tan agradable que el año que viene pensamos repetir. Eso si, no sabemos si en el apartamento que tiene en Blanes, en Malgrat o el de Lloret y seguro que durante 2 semanas porque una supo a muy poco!

Hier haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese Wohnung ist so hübsch eingerichtet. Ein Kompliment an die Besitzer. Da wir eine angstrengende Anreise hatten, hat uns das um so mehr entschädigt. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich umso besser erholen. In der nähe gibt es 2 Supermärkte (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
