·No show on the day of check-in, no refund of the reservation is made.
·Payment of the mandatory tourist tax: Price €1 per night/person +16 years and maximum payment for 7 nights.
Cleaning:
. The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit.

In properties that accept pets, pet owners must make sure to pick up litter and clean up urine. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the security...
