This summer, you can't miss one of the most anticipated events on the Costa Brava: the Blanes International Fireworks Competition, which lasts 5 nights.

Every year, thousands of people gather on the beach to enjoy this magnificent spectacle.

It's an excellent option for a wonderful vacation.

The accommodation does NOT have a parking space.

Persons on the property:
· The entire accommodation is rented for the exclusive use of guests.
· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of people indicated in the property details, including adults and children.
The property can only accommodate the number of people booked, and no more people can stay or visit the property at the same time.

Check-in:
· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.
· All guests must present a valid government-issued ID (ID or passport) upon check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Key collection takes place at our office from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

- On-site key collection option. This must be requested at least 48 hours prior to check-in. Direct check-in fee: €20.
*Please note that there may be a delay in key collection at the property due to reasons beyond Vivalidays' control.

Late check-in and check-out:
· Late check-in option from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €50 per reservation (payment upon arrival)
· Late check-in option from 9:00 PM to midnight: €100 per reservation (payment upon arrival)
· Late check-in option with a safety deposit box at the office is free of charge.

· No-shows on check-in day result in no refund of the reservation.

· Mandatory tourist tax: €1 per night per person (over 16 years old) and payment for a maximum of 7 nights.

Cleaning:
The house must be properly tidied, dishes cleaned, and trash deposited in the street bins before check-out; otherwise, a €100 fee will be charged from the security deposit.

IMPORTANT:
In pet-friendly properties, pet owners must ensure that litter is collected and urine is cleaned up. Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee being deducted from the €100 security deposit.

Beach towels are not provided.

Keys:
· Lost property keys: €100 per reservation, payable upon delivery of the new set of keys.
· Keys left inside the property or inside the main door lock and requiring locksmith service: Price based on the locksmith's rate; the technician will be charged on-site.

Rules:
· Guests agree to abide by the property rules and, in particular, to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

· Parties or celebrations are not permitted on the property.
If neighbors complain or the police are called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the property immediately.

It is prohibited to light candles or any other objects that could cause a fire in the property.

· Smoking is prohibited in this property.

- Vivalidays (Vivagestur SL) is not responsible for theft or burglary on the property or for any loss during your stay.
